The Forge Manifesto intends to provide our staff with an overview of the structure of the company, what we stand for and our commitment. Using a bright, friendly tone, the copy aims to create a sense of community and belonging to each and every member of staff. We wanted to make the document informative, whilst keeping it interesting and personal. It clearly reflects the values of Forge as a company – effective, energetic and fun.
